Six questions that help make progress

This morning, I was having a conversation with my daughter. It was about her need to get some extremely important stuff done in the next 3 weeks.

And she was bouncing off her thoughts about her plans for completing the work keeping in mind her work schedules and pressure, Diwali celebrations, her leave and travel plans already committed during the next 3 weeks. So, it came to making some progress daily so that she can achieve her goal.

And, these six questions cropped up during the conversation

1. What is my aspiration / intention for the day?

2. What is my core competence required for achieving the same?

3. What do I need to learn to help me achieve the same?

4. What kind of activities, mindsets and processes drain my energy and can stop me from achieving the same?

5. What energizes me when I feel sapped?

6. How do I make sure that I track my progress and hold myself accountable?
